Emceeing the event will be none other than Fred Dame MS, Global Wine Ambassador of Daou Vineyards & Winery. DAOU – Diver sea scallop, pork belly, criollo hollandaise, anchochress.
L’Aventure - Salad of smoked duck breast, baby greens, fennel, hazelnuts, Chioggia beets, plum vinaigrette.
Epoch – Veal stroganoff, Etto Pappardelle, confit of wild mushroom, smoked asiago.
Tablas Creek Grenache – Grenache decadence cake, cactus fruit reduction, champurrado Crème Chantilly.
